WordCamp Europe is on in Seville, Spain from this Friday, June 26th – Sunday, June 28th 2015. After nearly a year in business we’re taking a breather for a couple of days and heading down to scorching Seville to meet up with over 1,000 other WordPressers for 3 days of what is sure to be interesting talks and hopefully a couple of Cervezas in the sun 🙂
WordPress 4.0 is released. Captiva customers are ok to update
WordPress 4.0 was released a short while ago. After extensive testing on our development servers we’re glad to be able to confirm that CommerceGurus customers who have purchased our Captiva WooCommerce theme can safely upgrade to WordPress 4.0.
WordPress 4.0 ‘Benny’ (named after the king of swing Benny Goodman) hits the streets today after 6 months of intensive development. Many feel it’s an underwhelming release. I disagree. I think it’s clearly a very focused release in terms of new feature additions. Sarah over at the tavern does a great job introducing the new stuff.
