We recommend using the WPForms plugin within the theme. Go to Plugins, search for WPForms and install and activate it. To speed things up it might be easier to import the same forms that are used on the demo site.
First, download this file: wpforms.json
You may need to Right-click on that link and ‘Save-as’ to do so.
Then, go to WPForms > Tools > Import and attach the file you just downloaded – and click ‘Import’.
