I have recently purchased the SUCCESS template but do not have web building skills, and would like the site set up as per the demo/preview site on Envato. I will then personalise/customise for my business. Is this possible?

That sets it up just like the demo site minus the images which are copyrighted and are replaced by grey placeholders.
